Monitoring & Evaluation Manager (1)
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of all the monitoring and evaluation activities. Develop schedule and plan of implementation for all components of the Monitoring and Evaluation system, including regular training and supervision of staff involved in data collection. Ensure that data is effectively reported, presented and used to inform the organizations and project activities. Suggest and implement means to share learning about the impact of project activities. The Manager will be member of the Senior Management Team and will contribute to organizational decision-making and fundraising.
Qualified applicants will have at least 3 years’ experience in program monitoring and evaluation, including qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis; at least one previous mid-level position should involve data collection and analysis, preferably with an I/NGO sector; University degree in a relevant field required; Excellent organizational skills; Experience in project proposal writing; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Able to work as part of a team as well as make independent decisions; Ability and willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field with women in Kosovo; valid driver’s license required; Good knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Office programs.
