N\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb v\u00ebrehen ambiciet e kompanis\u00eb, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia, niveli i edukimit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb, ngroht\u00ebsia sociale dhe aspekte tjera q\u00eb determinojn\u00eb suksesin e nj\u00eb kompanie.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrargument i shpesht\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebhet kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj teorie \u00ebsht\u00eb se shpalljen e nj\u00eb kompanie p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb lir\u00eb pune e p\u00ebrpilon nj\u00eb person i vet\u00ebm, prandaj kualiteti i shpalljes varet vet\u00ebm nga ai person, jo nga e gjith\u00eb kompania. Ne besojm\u00eb se kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. N\u00ebse kompania lejon q\u00eb nj\u00eb person i cili nuk njeh drejtshkrimin ta p\u00ebrpiloj\u00eb shpalljen e saj t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, at\u00ebher\u00eb ajo kompani: a) nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e kujdesshme apo e preokupuar me pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt dhe imazhin e saj, apo b) as drejtuesit e saj nuk e njohin drejtshkrimin dhe mendojn\u00eb se gjith\u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull.<\/p>\n<p>Kompanit\u00eb e mira i japin r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi shpalljeve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, pa marr\u00eb parasysh\u00eb madh\u00ebsin\u00eb apo buxhetin e tyre. Ata e din\u00eb se kualiteti nxit\u00eb kualitetin. Ata gjithashtu e din\u00eb se shpalljet kualitative, p\u00ebrpos q\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin pun\u00ebtor\u00eb kualitativ\u00eb, sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb edhe si reklam\u00eb p\u00ebr produktet apo sh\u00ebrbimet q\u00eb ajo kompani ofron.<\/p>\n<p>Shpallja kualitative e pun\u00ebs, sidomos p\u00ebr ne q\u00eb merremi me k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor, v\u00ebrehet nga aeroplani, n\u00ebse flasim figurativisht. Ajo duket bukur n\u00eb shikim t\u00eb par\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebrmbajtja e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb, e sinqert\u00eb dhe informative. Drejtshkrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb prezent. Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb burime q\u00eb t\u00eb konsulltoni mbi kompanin\u00eb, aq m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb do ta keni imazhin p\u00ebr t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ju gjithashtu duhet t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoni edhe sa p\u00ebrshtateni me k\u00ebrkesat, klim\u00ebn dhe politikat e kompanis\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn d\u00ebshironi t\u00eb aplikoni p\u00ebr pun\u00eb. Ju mund t\u00eb keni k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrime plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta me nj\u00eb kompani, edhe pse ajo i p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb standardet e saj suksessh\u00ebm.
