May 20, 2020: The 'Entrepreneurship Skills' training was held with the beneficiaries of the 'Start-up' grant scheme within the 'WOMEN' project supported by @GIZKosova, implemented by Kosova Women 4 Women. Participants in this training had the opportunity to increase their capacity around the development, role, skills and importance of entrepreneurship and being an entrepreneur.<\/p>\n
In Kosovo, women make up only 9% of individual entrepreneurs and only 13% of business owners are women. Of these businesses, 99.9% of them are micro enterprises with nine employees or less, while only 3% of loans are given to women. In terms of business environment, Kosovo has the lowest score of \"entrepreneurial learning, women entrepreneurship and enterprise skills\".<\/p>\n
