Announcement – Project Officer (1)<\/p>\n
Kosova – Women 4 Women has an opportunity for an experienced Project Officer, in Prishtina for the project \u201cTogether Building Resilience\u201d funded and supported by UNTF. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist in implementation of the project, including drafting project timelines and activity budgets<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate trainings and consultations with program participants<\/p>\n
\u2022 Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist project coordinator in organizing and facilitating meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain regular communications with partners<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with project travel arrangements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Acting as the link between the Project Coordinator and Finance team when required<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with project coordinator to prepare narrative reports<\/p>\n
\u2022 Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Other duties when required.<\/p>\n
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Social Sciences or related field.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum two years\u2019 work experience in related field, preferably in NGO\u2019s.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Knowledge file management other administrative procedures.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to work on tight deadlines.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong sense of honesty, accuracy and transparency.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proficient English language skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
