Programi i Kw4w ka pasur nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e Resmijes dhe ka fuqizuar at\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur biznesin e saj me emb\u00eblsira. Resmije lives in Oshlan, a village in the municipality of Vushtrri. She registered with the organization KW4W in 2022, where she received a ten-month training and gained a greenhouse to start selling the products she grew. She always tried to generate income for her family, and initially, she made baklava for her relatives and sold them.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Kw4w program had an extraordinary impact on Resmije’s life and empowered her to start her own business with pastries. One of the most important influences of the program was the motivation it provided to Resmije. Before joining the program, she had a great passion for cooking and creating pastries, but she wasn’t sure if she could turn it into a successful profession. Kw4w helped her develop self-confidence and harness her true potential.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

With her experience in cooking and pastries, Resmije decided it was time to build her business, and she started the process of registering her business, naming it Dina’s Cake. Initially, Dina’s Cake was a challenge for Resmije. Like any beginner in the business world, she faced initial problems and the possible fear of failure. However, with the strong support of her family and belief in her abilities, she decided not to be afraid of challenges. She didn’t give up in the face of these obstacles but continued to seek solutions to ensure the continuous flow of her business.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

On the path to success, Resmije discovered that she had also inspired other women to pursue their dreams and make changes in their lives. She helped women develop and become independent by showing them that dreams can become a reality with hard work and determination. In the production process, Resmije’s daughters are always by her side. They assist her in daily work, decorate pastries, and create a pleasant environment for customers. This was a way to share the love within the family and foster collaboration among them. For Resmije, life before Dina’s Cake was very different. She nostalgically remembered the days when she took care of cows because it provided income for her family and the making of butter, and she saw flowers as a small pleasure in her life. But now, Dina’s Cake has created a new circle of opportunities and success for her.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

One of Resmije’s pieces of advice for women who want to pursue their dreams is not to fear the challenges of the beginning. Although it may seem difficult at first, with patience and hard work, dreams can become a reality.
