Sabilja \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb agjente e jasht\u00ebzakonshme e ndryshimit n\u00eb komunitetin e saj. Ajo ka filluar me nj\u00eb vizion t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar jo vet\u00ebm veten, por edhe familjen dhe grat\u00eb n\u00eb fshatin e saj Oshlan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ajo s\u00eb pari d\u00ebgjoi p\u00ebr programin K-W4W nga shoqja e saj Hata e cila jeton n\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat tjet\u00ebr, Vaganice. Sabil\u00ebs i p\u00eblqente programi i fuqizimit social dhe ekonomik dhe ajo insistoi q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi ta sillte edhe n\u00eb Oshlan, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ajo dhe gra t\u00eb tjera nga fshati i saj t\u00eb mund t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb. K-W4W filloi programin dhjet\u00eb mujor n\u00eb Oshlan n\u00eb mars 2021 dhe e p\u00ebrfundoi at\u00eb n\u00eb dhjetor 2021. Puna n\u00eb Oshlan fillimisht ishte sfiduese p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dhimbjes q\u00eb kaloi ky fshat gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Pasojat e agresionit t\u00eb pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm jan\u00eb ende aty edhe pas nj\u00ebzet e nj\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh. Sabilja na tha se nuk ishte e leht\u00eb t\u00eb bindeshin grat\u00eb n\u00eb fshatin e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur programin.<\/div>\n
Sabilja u b\u00eb nj\u00eb motivuese e madhe p\u00ebr grat\u00eb e fshatit, duke i inkurajuar ato t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb trajnime dhe aktivitete q\u00eb u ofruan. Ajo i ndihmoi ato t\u00eb rrisnin njohurit\u00eb dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre, duke u ndihmuar t\u00eb ndryshonin jet\u00ebt e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme pozitive. P\u00ebrkrahja dhe inkurajimi i Sabiles ndikuan n\u00eb rritjen e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit dhe angazhimit t\u00eb grave, duke i fuqizuar ato t\u00eb trajtonin \u00e7\u00ebshtje sociale dhe ekonomike t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/div>\n
Por ndihma e Sabiles nuk u ndal vet\u00ebm n\u00eb programin ton\u00eb. Ajo ndihmoi edhe grat\u00eb e tjera t\u00eb fshatit p\u00ebr t\u00eb aplikuar p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje nga organizata t\u00eb tjera. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet inkurajimit dhe ndihm\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, nj\u00eb num\u00ebr prej dhjet\u00eb grave n\u00eb Oshlan fituan mb\u00ebshtetje nga programi SERA i ofruar nga Komuna e Vushtrris\u00eb. Kjo tregon se ndikimi i Sabiles shtrihet p\u00ebrtej programit t\u00eb KW4W dhe q\u00ebllimi i saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb fuqizuar sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb gra n\u00eb komunitet ishte i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm.<\/div>\n
Sabilja na thot\u00eb se programi K-W4W ishte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb e shk\u00eblqyer p\u00ebr grat\u00eb dhe kishte nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb madh n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre. Tani ata do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimin e ushqimit dhe t\u00eb gjenerojn\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura p\u00ebr veten dhe familjet e tyre. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, Sabilja dhe grat\u00eb e tjera tani kan\u00eb shoqat\u00ebn e tyre q\u00eb quhet \u201cGrat\u00eb Kursimtare t\u00eb Oshlanit\u201d. Ato e konsiderojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shoqat\u00eb si arritjen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr to dhe po punojn\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar grat\u00eb e tjera n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/div>\n
N\u00eb fund pas t\u00eb gjith\u00eb avokimit dhe pun\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb grat\u00eb e tjera t\u00eb fuqizohen Sabilja realizoi nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00ebnd\u00ebrr t\u00eb saj: hapjen e nj\u00eb kioske ushqimi tradicional n\u00eb qytetin e Vushtrris\u00eb, e mb\u00ebshtetur nga Komuna. Kjo iniciativ\u00eb tregon d\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar dhe kontribuar p\u00ebr familjen dhe komunitetin e saj. Ajo vendosi ta quante \u201c Ushqime Tradicionale te Bilja\u201d Kioska ofron produkte t\u00eb shijshme dhe t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta tradicionale p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Vushtrris\u00eb dhe rrethin\u00eb. Biznesi i Sabil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shum\u00eb i suksessh\u00ebm dhe i njohur n\u00eb komunitetin e Vushtrris\u00eb dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Ajo ka arritur t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb besimin dhe p\u00eblqimin e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj p\u00ebrmes cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ushqimeve dhe sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer. Me suksesin e saj, Sabile tregon se asgj\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur kur ka vullnet, angazhim dhe vizion t\u00eb madh. Pavar\u00ebsisht v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb hasur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e saj, ajo mbetet nj\u00eb grua e fort\u00eb dhe frym\u00ebzuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Sabile Gjaka \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shembull i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i ndikimit pozitiv q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb individ n\u00eb komunitetin e saj. Eksperienca e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori suksesi q\u00eb tregon se nj\u00eb individ me vizion dhe angazhim mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndryshimin e madh. Sabilja \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb burim frym\u00ebzimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ato q\u00eb duan t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb ndryshime pozitive po ashtu edhe t\u00eb arrjn\u00eb sukses.<\/div>\n

SUCCESS STORY: Sabile Gjaka<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Sabile Gjaka lives in a village called Oshlan in the Municipality of Vushtrri. Sabilja is an extraordinary agent of change in her community. She started with a clear vision to help not only herself, but also her family and the women in her village of Oshlan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
She first heard about the K-W4W program from her friend Hata who lives in another village, Vaganice. Sabila loved the social and economic empowerment program and insisted that this opportunity be brought to Oshlan so that she and other women from her village could participate. K-W4W started the ten-month program in Oshlan in March 2021 and finished it in December 2021. Working in Oshlan was initially challenging because of the pain this village went through during the war in Kosovo. The consequences of the merciless aggression are still there twenty-one years later. Sabilja told us that it was not easy to convince the women in her village to follow the program.<\/div>\n
Sabilja became a great motivator for the women of the village, encouraging them to participate in the training and activities that were offered. It helped them increase their knowledge and skills, helping them change their lives in various positive ways. Sabile’s support and encouragement helped increase women’s awareness and engagement, empowering them to address various social and economic issues.<\/div>\n
But Sabile’s help didn’t just stop at our program. She also helped other women in the village to apply for support from other organizations. Through her encouragement and help, a number of ten women in Oshlan gained support from the SERA program offered by the Municipality of Vushtrri. This shows that Sabile’s impact extends beyond the KW4W program and her goal to empower as many women in the community as possible was remarkable.<\/div>\n
Sabilja tells us that the K-W4W program was a great experience for the women and had a huge impact on their lives. Now they will have the opportunity to start food processing and generate income for themselves and their families. In addition, Sabilja and the other women now have their own association called “Saving Women of Oshlan”. They consider this association as their greatest achievement and are working hard to help other women in the future.<\/div>\n
In the end, after all the advocacy and great work that has made other women empowered, Sabilja realized another dream of hers: opening a traditional food kiosk in the town of Vushtrri, supported by the Municipality. This initiative shows her desire and commitment to work and contribute to her family and community. She decided to call it “Traditional Food in Bilja”. The kiosk offers delicious and fresh traditional products for the citizens of Vushtrri and the surrounding area. Sabila’s business has become very successful and well-known in the community of Vushtrri and beyond. It has managed to gain the trust and approval of its citizens through the quality of its food and excellent service. With her success, Sabile shows that nothing is impossible when there is will, commitment and great vision. Despite the difficulties she may have encountered in her path, she remains a strong woman and an inspiration to others.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
