A determined woman with a clear vision and unwavering will, Habibe Jashari from the village of Oshlan in the municipality of Vushtrri, has turned her dream into a wonderful success story. Habibja became part of the KW4W organization in March 2021 where, with the recommendation of her friend Sabiles, she started the ten-month horticulture program. This choice made her focus on her passion for plants and livestock and helped her develop and expand her knowledge as well as help her to discover innovative ways to treat trees and vegetables. With her well-deserved degree, she gained an endorsement for using horticultural techniques in tree cultivation, showing that hard work and dedication pay off sweetly.<\/p>\n
KW4W has been her main support, helping her take the first steps towards opening her dream business and empowering her to make decisions about herself and her future. The help and support from KW4W was just one of the resources that helped Habibe grow her business idea. She managed to obtain additional funding from other organizations, and this enabled her to start a family business for processing fruits and vegetables. He called this business “Leni Fresh”. At first, this new venture brought some challenges and stress, but Habibja had a rare ability to keep herself focused and not give up under any circumstances. This strong characteristic was also strengthened through the valuable advice and lessons received from the coaches of the KW4W program, which helped her find the confidence to continue.<\/p>\n
Her efforts and commitment were rewarded with success. After several attempts and with the production of good products, “Leni Fresh” raised the scale of success. At an unexpected moment, she got a great opportunity to develop further. She signed a contract with the well-known company, “Grata e Krusha”, to import her products. While this had attracted the attention of many people, she felt satisfied and proud of her achievement.
