Besnike Aliaj from Prizren was from the beginning a woman with a clear vision and great determination to build a successful business. In 2019, she received a grant from the KW4W organization, where we offered her financial assistance to start her journey to success. Besnikja decided to establish her own company, “Besila SH.P.K”, with the initial idea of building vases with epoxy. However, after the pandemic situation, she revised her idea and decided to focus on the market of selling flowers and various holiday decorations. The times when the KW4W organization supported her were challenging and difficult for Besnikja, but she did not give up.
\nBesnike said proudly that “Your support made my dream come true!”
\nOver time, she grew her business and now has four registered employees and three part-timers.
\nBesnikja started out as a self-supporting mother and reached the heights of success by relying on her skills and working hard. She is simultaneously an inspiring example of patience and dedication. Besnika showed that, even in difficult times, it is possible to move forward. The separation with her daughter’s father came as a result of severe economic conditions, which forced them to follow different paths.
\nDuring this difficult period, she grew with a clear vision and an unwavering belief that she could do something greater. After five difficult but successful years, she achieved a great victory. She turned the page of life and joined the father of her daughter, they decided to work together in her business, creating a strong and fruitful collaboration.
\nBesnike’s story is a very inspiring and motivating example for everyone. It shows us that with patience and sacrifice, you can overcome obstacles and achieve success. Despite life’s challenges, she did not give up and managed to come back stronger and determined to follow her dreams.
