Of women in Kosovo are survivors of domestic violence

Women were victims of systematic rape during the 16-month war from 1998-1999

Of women are homeowners while only 4.9% carrying the ownership of agricultural land

Of businesses in the Kosovo economy are represented by women





To accomplish our mission we worked with:

Groups of women which were supported in formalizing their entity as an association or cooperative

~

Women who were served by our social and economic program since 1999 of our functioning in Kosovo

Women owned and co-owned businesses which were supported with start-ups and 75 with trainings & consultancies

Women were facilitated in finding jobs through our Job Placement Office since 2012

~

Men who were mobilized as allies towards women’s empowerment

~

Women who were trained in advocacy and 100 of them are active Change Agents in 7 municipalities in Kosovo
