On March 4 and 5, 2020 Kosova-Women 4 Women in cooperation with the Municipality of Ferizaj held a two-day workshop on the revision and drafting of the Regulation on the Organization and Cooperation of the Municipality with Villages, Settlements and Urban Neighborhoods and the provision of a gender quota. This activity is being implemented in the framework of the project "She has Rights" (Ajo ka të drejta), which is being implemented also in the municipalities of Vushtrri and Viti with the aim of increasing the representation of women in neighborhood and village council structures. This project is being funded by the US Embassy in Kosovo.
