MegjithatĂ«, pas situatĂ«s sĂ« pandemisĂ«, ajo rishikoi idenĂ« e saj dhe vendosi tĂ« fokusohet nĂ« tregun e shitjes sĂ« luleve dhe dekorimeve tĂ« ndryshme pĂ«r festa. Me kalimin e kohës, ajo rriti biznesin e saj dhe tani ka katër punëtorë të regjistruar dhe tre me gjysmë orari.
Besnikja filloi si një nënë vetëushqyese dhe arriti majat e suksesit duke u mbështetur tek aftësit e saj dhe duke punuar shumë. Ajo njëkohësisht është një shembull frymëzues i durimit dhe përkushtimit. Besnika tregoi se, edhe në kohë të veshtira, është e mundur të vazhdohet përpara. Ndarja me babanë e vajzës së saj erdhi si pasojë e kushteve ekonomike të rënda, që i detyruan ata të ndjekin rrugë të ndryshme.
Gjatë kësaj periudhe të vështirë, ajo u rrit me një vizion të qartë dhe një besim të pandërprerë se mund të bënte diçka më të madhe. Besnike Aliaj from Prizren was from the beginning a woman with a clear vision and great determination to build a successful business. In 2019, she received a grant from the KW4W organization, where we offered her financial assistance to start her journey to success. Besnikja decided to establish her own company, “Besila SH.P.K”, with the initial idea of building vases with epoxy. However, after the pandemic situation, she revised her idea and decided to focus on the market of selling flowers and various holiday decorations. The times when the KW4W organization supported her were challenging and difficult for Besnikja, but she did not give up.
Besnike said proudly that “Your support made my dream come true!”
Over time, she grew her business and now has four registered employees and three part-timers.
Besnikja started out as a self-supporting mother and reached the heights of success by relying on her skills and working hard. She is simultaneously an inspiring example of patience and dedication. Besnika showed that, even in difficult times, it is possible to move forward. The separation with her daughter’s father came as a result of severe economic conditions, which forced them to follow different paths.
During this difficult period, she grew with a clear vision and an unwavering belief that she could do something greater. After five difficult but successful years, she achieved a great victory. She turned the page of life and joined the father of her daughter, they decided to work together in her business, creating a strong and fruitful collaboration.
Besnike’s story is a very inspiring and motivating example for everyone. It shows us that with patience and sacrifice, you can overcome obstacles and achieve success. Despite life’s challenges, she did not give up and managed to come back stronger and determined to follow her dreams. She said that the separation was a difficult experience, but the sacrifices she made were worth it when she sees her daughter happy.

After all the success achieved, Besnikja does not forget her path and the desire to help others. She decided to provide training for women on flower care. Her love and passion for flowers and the environment led her to open a non-governmental organization called Green Leaders, which promotes environmental awareness and sustainable development.
After an extraordinary success, her business was also visited by well-known public and political figures, who appreciated her work and commitment.
Besnikja used digital marketing to increase the visibility of her business. She organized giveaways and gifts to attract new customers. The book she had planned to publish, she postponed to find the right time to do it with great content.
Besnikja mentioned that her daughter helps her decorate the flowers and she highlighted her daughter’s incredible talent. The decorations made by her daughter sell quickly, proving that even at a young age, talent and creativity are of great value.
Besnike has a strong advice for all women who want to start a business she said that “To reach the heights of success, you have to be yourself and work hard. Put your prejudices aside and follow your dreams. There is no success if you don’t dare!”
