STORIE SUKSESI: Sabile Gjaka
Sabile Gjaka jeton në një fshat të quajtur Oshlan në Komunën e Vushtrrisë. Sabilja është një agjente e jashtëzakonshme e ndryshimit në komunitetin e saj. Ajo ka filluar me një vizion të qartë për të ndihmuar jo vetëm veten, por edhe familjen dhe gratë në fshatin e saj Oshlan.
Ajo së pari dëgjoi për programin K-W4W nga shoqja e saj Hata e cila jeton në një fshat tjetër, Vaganice. Sabilës i pëlqente programi i fuqizimit social dhe ekonomik dhe ajo insistoi që këtë mundësi ta sillte edhe në Oshlan, në mënyrë që ajo dhe gra të tjera nga fshati i saj të mund të merrnin pjesë. K-W4W filloi programin dhjetë mujor në Oshlan në mars 2021 dhe e përfundoi atë në dhjetor 2021. Puna në Oshlan fillimisht ishte sfiduese për shkak të dhimbjes që kaloi ky fshat gjatë luftës në Kosovë. Pasojat e agresionit të pamëshirshëm janë ende aty edhe pas njëzet e një vjetësh. Sabilja na tha se nuk ishte e lehtë të bindeshin gratë në fshatin e saj për të ndjekur programin.
Sabilja u bë një motivuese e madhe për gratë e fshatit, duke i inkurajuar ato të merrnin pjesë në trajnime dhe aktivitete që u ofruan. Ajo i ndihmoi ato të rrisnin njohuritë dhe aftësitë e tyre, duke u ndihmuar të ndryshonin jetët e tyre në mënyra të ndryshme pozitive. Përkrahja dhe inkurajimi i Sabiles ndikuan në rritjen e ndërgjegjësimit dhe angazhimit të grave, duke i fuqizuar ato të trajtonin çështje sociale dhe ekonomike të ndryshme.
Por ndihma e Sabiles nuk u ndal vetëm në programin tonë. Ajo ndihmoi edhe gratë e tjera të fshatit për të aplikuar për mbështetje nga organizata të tjera. Nëpërmjet inkurajimit dhe ndihmës së saj, një numër prej dhjetë grave në Oshlan fituan mbështetje nga programi SERA i ofruar nga Komuna e Vushtrrisë. Kjo tregon se ndikimi i Sabiles shtrihet përtej programit të KW4W dhe qëllimi i saj për të fuqizuar sa më shumë gra në komunitet ishte i jashtëzakonshëm.
Sabilja na thotĂ« se programi K-W4W ishte njĂ« pĂ«rvojĂ« e shkĂ«lqyer pĂ«r gratĂ« dhe kishte njĂ« ndikim tĂ« madh nĂ« jetĂ«n e tyre. Tani ata do tĂ« kenĂ« mundĂ«sinĂ« tĂ« fillojnĂ« pĂ«rpunimin e ushqimit dhe tĂ« gjenerojnĂ« tĂ« ardhura pĂ«r veten dhe familjet e tyre. PĂ«rveç kĂ«saj, Sabilja dhe gratĂ« e tjera tani kanĂ« shoqatĂ«n e tyre qĂ« quhet âGratĂ« Kursimtare tĂ« Oshlanitâ. Ato e konsiderojnĂ« kĂ«tĂ« shoqatĂ« si arritjen mĂ« tĂ« madhe pĂ«r to dhe po punojnĂ« shumĂ« pĂ«r tĂ« ndihmuar gratĂ« e tjera nĂ« tĂ« ardhmen.
NĂ« fund pas tĂ« gjithĂ« avokimit dhe punĂ«s sĂ« madhe qĂ« ka bĂ«rĂ« qĂ« gratĂ« e tjera tĂ« fuqizohen Sabilja realizoi njĂ« tjetĂ«r Ă«ndĂ«rr tĂ« saj: hapjen e njĂ« kioske ushqimi tradicional nĂ« qytetin e VushtrrisĂ«, e mbĂ«shtetur nga Komuna. Kjo iniciativĂ« tregon dĂ«shirĂ«n dhe pĂ«rkushtimin e saj pĂ«r tĂ« punuar dhe kontribuar pĂ«r familjen dhe komunitetin e saj. Ajo vendosi ta quante â Ushqime Tradicionale te Biljaâ Kioska ofron produkte tĂ« shijshme dhe tĂ« freskĂ«ta tradicionale pĂ«r qytetarĂ«t e VushtrrisĂ« dhe rrethinĂ«. Biznesi i SabilĂ«s Ă«shtĂ« bĂ«rĂ« shumĂ« i suksesshĂ«m dhe i njohur nĂ« komunitetin e VushtrrisĂ« dhe mĂ« gjerĂ«. Ajo ka arritur tĂ« fitojĂ« besimin dhe pĂ«lqimin e qytetarĂ«ve tĂ« saj pĂ«rmes cilĂ«sisĂ« sĂ« ushqimeve dhe shĂ«rbimit tĂ« shkĂ«lqyer. Me suksesin e saj, Sabile tregon se asgjĂ« nuk Ă«shtĂ« e pamundur kur ka vullnet, angazhim dhe vizion tĂ« madh. PavarĂ«sisht vĂ«shtirĂ«sive qĂ« mund tĂ« ketĂ« hasur nĂ« rrugĂ«n e saj, ajo mbetet njĂ« grua e fortĂ« dhe frymĂ«zuese pĂ«r tĂ« tjerĂ«t.
Sabile Gjaka është një shembull i vërtetë i ndikimit pozitiv që mund të ketë një individ në komunitetin e saj. Eksperienca e saj është një histori suksesi që tregon se një individ me vizion dhe angazhim mund të bëjë ndryshimin e madh. Sabilja është një burim frymëzimi për të gjithë ato që duan të ndikojnë në shoqërinë e tyre dhe të bëjnë ndryshime pozitive po ashtu edhe të arrjnë sukses.

SUCCESS STORY: Sabile Gjaka
Sabile Gjaka lives in a village called Oshlan in the Municipality of Vushtrri. Sabilja is an extraordinary agent of change in her community. She started with a clear vision to help not only herself, but also her family and the women in her village of Oshlan.
She first heard about the K-W4W program from her friend Hata who lives in another village, Vaganice. Sabila loved the social and economic empowerment program and insisted that this opportunity be brought to Oshlan so that she and other women from her village could participate. K-W4W started the ten-month program in Oshlan in March 2021 and finished it in December 2021. Working in Oshlan was initially challenging because of the pain this village went through during the war in Kosovo. The consequences of the merciless aggression are still there twenty-one years later. Sabilja told us that it was not easy to convince the women in her village to follow the program.
Sabilja became a great motivator for the women of the village, encouraging them to participate in the training and activities that were offered. It helped them increase their knowledge and skills, helping them change their lives in various positive ways. Sabile’s support and encouragement helped increase women’s awareness and engagement, empowering them to address various social and economic issues.
But Sabile’s help didn’t just stop at our program. She also helped other women in the village to apply for support from other organizations. Through her encouragement and help, a number of ten women in Oshlan gained support from the SERA program offered by the Municipality of Vushtrri. This shows that Sabile’s impact extends beyond the KW4W program and her goal to empower as many women in the community as possible was remarkable.
Sabilja tells us that the K-W4W program was a great experience for the women and had a huge impact on their lives. Now they will have the opportunity to start food processing and generate income for themselves and their families. In addition, Sabilja and the other women now have their own association called “Saving Women of Oshlan”. They consider this association as their greatest achievement and are working hard to help other women in the future.
In the end, after all the advocacy and great work that has made other women empowered, Sabilja realized another dream of hers: opening a traditional food kiosk in the town of Vushtrri, supported by the Municipality. This initiative shows her desire and commitment to work and contribute to her family and community. She decided to call it “Traditional Food in Bilja”. The kiosk offers delicious and fresh traditional products for the citizens of Vushtrri and the surrounding area. Sabila’s business has become very successful and well-known in the community of Vushtrri and beyond. It has managed to gain the trust and approval of its citizens through the quality of its food and excellent service. With her success, Sabile shows that nothing is impossible when there is will, commitment and great vision. Despite the difficulties she may have encountered in her path, she remains a strong woman and an inspiration to others.
Sabile Gjaka is a true example of the positive impact an individual can have on her community. Her experience is a success story that shows that an individual with vision and commitment can make a big difference. Sabilja is a source of inspiration for all those who want to influence their society and make positive changes as well as achieve success.
