A 2-day training on ‘Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and New Markets’ is being held. This training is being organized by KW4W and is being offered by Diell Grazhdani for the beneficiary businesses of the Women Opportunities in Market, Economy and Networking (Women) project. This project is funded by the German Government, through GIZ Kosovo within the project for Employment Creation through Export Promotion while implemented by Kosovo - Women 4 Women. This training aims to get acquainted with innovative forms of sales, market growth and maximum market presence.
