Our mission is to support the most marginalized women in Kosovo to earn and save money, improve health and well-being, influence decisions within the family and community, and connect to networks for support. By utilizing skills, knowledge, and resources, women will be able to create sustainable change for, themselves, their families, and community.
KW4W foresees a world where no woman is abused, poor, illiterate or marginalized and where members of communities have full and equal participation in the society and where everyone is free to define and shape their future and manifest their full potential
