What the project did
KW4W opened Kosovo’s first women’s business incubator in Prishtina, to help women and young women develop business skills and economic independence through technical assistance, professional advice and financial help.
On 1 July 2019, 112 women and girls from five regions of Kosovo were certified; on 2 October 2019, after 100 women completed entrepreneurship training, contracts were signed with 19 grant recipients. The incubator opened on 16 December 2019. The project was implemented with the Institute for Management and Development (IMD).
