Terms of Reference (ToR) for Yoga Service Companies

OBJECTIVE

Gender-based violence (GBV) represents a global challenge to gender equality, equity, and safety, with well-documented profound, negative impacts on psychosocial and mental health. In this regard, Kosova – Women 4 Women is seeking to engage a qualified company to provide yoga services as part of the project “Together Building Resilience” funded by the United Nations Trust Fund (UNTF). The aim is to promote physical and mental wellness, contributing to the resilience of the project beneficiaries. The selected company will be responsible for delivering yoga services at various locations, including their own facilities.

SCOPE OF WORK

The selected company will be responsible for the following activities:

• Planning with K-W4W and conducting group yoga sessions for project beneficiaries;
• Providing yoga instruction that promotes physical and mental well-being, stress reduction, and relaxation;
• Ensuring that yoga sessions are accessible and inclusive to women of all fitness levels and abilities;
• Conducting sessions in a safe and supportive environment as well as providing yoga services in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE

The company must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Accredited yoga instructors with relevant certifications;
• Experience in providing yoga services to diverse groups, including women;
• Capacity to adjust schedules and services based on project requirements;

KOSOVA WOMEN 4 WOMEN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Supporting mobilization and organization of yoga group sessions;
• Providing yoga materials;
• Arranging transport.

TIMELINE

The time required for the service providing is within the period from November 2023 – April 2024.

• Registration Certificate and Business Information
• References from previous clients (2 or more preferred)
• Fee for group yoga sessions
