Within the project “Together Building Resilience Resilience”, funded by UN Trust Fund to End Violence against Women (UN Trust Fund), the cycle of training for social empowerment continues in the village of Shalë, municipality of Lipjan to promote the social and economic empowerment of women. A special session of these trainings among various groups of women was held yesterday with the intention of networking, knowledge sharing, and social contact. The participants had the opportunity to meet and to share experiences, brainstorm new initiatives, and increase connections.

Women’s networks are crucial for equality. They provide close connections to other women who might encounter similar struggles while still creating enough diverse environment for personal and professional growth.
